Since 1976, Barrett Communications Pty Ltd has actively
pursued research, development and manufacturing of a range
of high quality, rugged, easy to use
HF SSB Communications equipment for land, marine and aviation
users.
Having first established our name within the Australian
long distance communications market, we rapidly expanded
our presence into Africa, The Middle East, South America
and Asian markets.
Today, Barrett Communications is recognised as a world-class
designer and manufacturer of HF SSB communications products.
A vital part of our Company’s strategy centres around
new product development, with an emphasis on providing high
quality specification equipment which remains rugged, reliable
and competitively priced.
The Company focus is on providing customer service and
satisfaction of the highest standard. This is evident by
the company’s commitment to product training and comprehensive

C. SAF Tehnika
SAF Tehnika is designer, producer and distributor of telecommunications
and data transmission equipment. Our solutions are used
by cellular network operators, data service providers (ISPs,
telecoms and others), governments and private companies,
as an alternative to cable channels.
The company was founded in 1999 merging the best experience
of two companies - SAF and Fortech, both being in wireless
communication equipment development and distribution business
from 1995.
SAF Tehnika is a member of the MicroLink group, the leading
IT holding company in the Baltics.
Groups generated turnover exceeds 70 million EUR in FY
2000 with human resources of more than 700 people in Estonia,
Latvia and Lithuania.
Currently the firm is employing 25 highly qualified people
who look after the products until they reach clients, from
design stage to production, testing and delivery. Our R&D
department employs ten engineers, with 5–10 years
of experience in development of wireless equipment each.
